The Smiler (TV Advert)
A personal favourite of mine, brainwashing gas, creepy smiles, spirally goodness and an age difference between the riders is a definite plus. This was an advert a couple of years back for UK theme park Alton Towers latest ride addition The Smiler. Lots of hypno spirals are used in the branding of the ride and it’s all over the rides merchandise in there gift shop as well (grabby hands, gimme the spirals)
Hypnotists always want to talk about how ‘blank is better’, or how we would love to make you mindless and such.
And that’s all fine and good, no problems with that, but there is also something to be said about adding some empty and white noise to that head of yours.
So, I want you to start a little timer on your head, counting each second with just a little tick. Now every time a second passes I want you to hear these words in your head:
